Welcome to RV Resort @ Walnut Creek! By booking a reservation or staying at our resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservation & Payment
- All bookings require a valid form of payment at the time of reservation.
- Full payment is due prior to check-in unless otherwise arranged.
- Rates are subject to change and may vary based on season, length of stay, and availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
4. Resort Rules
- All guests must comply with resort rules, posted policies, and staff instructions.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Speed limit on the property is 5 MPH at all times.
5. Safety & Liability
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and the supervision of any minors.
- RV Resort @ Walnut Creek is not liable for personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss during your stay.
- Use of resort amenities (pools, grills, trails, etc.) is at your own risk.
6. Pet Policy
- Well-behaved pets are welcome. Aggressive animals or those not under control may be asked to leave.
- All pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. The dog park is available for off-leash exercise.
7. Amenities Access
- Access to certain amenities may be limited by weather, maintenance, or scheduled events.
- Participation in cookouts and grill use requires supervision by a certified Grill Master who has completed the resort’s fire safety course.
8. Long-Term Stays
- Long-term guests may be eligible for special promotional rates.
- All extended stays are subject to additional background verification and approval.
9. SMS Consent & Communication
